  Main Features:

  How does it work?
  This cable tracker consists of a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter provides a modulated AC voltage to the corresponding cable, which generates an electric field around the cable. The receiver is fitted with a coil. If the receiver is placed close to the corresponding electrical conductor, the flux line through the coil and into the receiver ( penetrating the coil ). There will produce a small pressure in the coil, the electronic circuit of the receiver will calculate the voltage, and displayed on the display. The special feature of the MS6818 is that the transmitted signal is digitally encoded. This ensures that the signal can be clearly received by the receiver, which avoids any erroneous display caused by any disturbing field, such as an electronic fluorescent lamp ballast or frequency converter.
